Born and raised in central Indiana, John Hensley has always possessed an overwhelming desire to protect the rights of his fellow Hoosiers, and therefore, has devoted his practice to assisting those who have been wrongfully injured. John "hung his shingle" in 1998 by opening his own law office in downtown Indianapolis. There, he works daily toward achieving the best results possible for his clients. Katrina J. Hecht - Indianapolis Attorney

Katrina was twelve years old when she decided that she wanted to be an attorney, and it was one of the best decisions she's ever made. She was born and raised in Midland, Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University in 1999, with honors. After looking at law schools in Michigan, Illinois and Ohio, Katrina chose Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis for her legal studies. Her intention was to work in corporate law.
 
In her first week of law school, she joined Hensley Legal Group, PC as a law clerk part-time to gain experience. There she was exposed to many different areas of law, areas she never anticipated. She realized how much she enjoyed working with consumers and helping them through the problems that affect their daily lives. She realized that moving on to practice corporate law would deprive her of the personal relationships she had created with clients and the rest of the team at Hensley Legal Group, PC.
 
After graduation, and an enjoyable three years, Katrina made Indianapolis her residence and continues her work at Hensley Legal Group, PC as head of the Bankruptcy Department. As a Bankruptcy and Injury attorney, people come to Katrina in some of the most trying times. She takes great pride in helping people move toward a fresh start.
Katrina is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is a speaker for the National Business Institute on various bankruptcy issues. She is also a Mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters for the past six years.

Justin J. Kosiba - Indianapolis Attorney

Justin was raised in Martinsville, Indiana, and then went on to obtain a B.S. in biology at IUPUI. While conducting university lab research, Justin realized over time that he did not want to pursue a career that would primarily entail designing and performing scientific experiments. At this time, Justin evaluated his options and decided that law school would provide him with the knowledge and opportunity to find a career with the qualities tailored to his desires: mainly, a career that would regularly challenge him with new situations, the ability to see more direct results with his work, and the chance to use his writing skills usefully. During law school, Justin gained experience by clerking for the Honorable Judge John Paul Godich at the Federal District Court of Southern Indiana. In addition, Justin spent time as law clerk for a creditor-based firm in Indianapolis where he dealt with various legal issues ranging from contract and commercial law to estate and tort law. Justin enjoys practicing with Hensley Legal Group, PC due to its emphasis on client-focused work. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Indiana.
